Farmmi Receives Extension of NASDAQ Minimum Bid Price Requirement

LISHUI, China, December 2, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Farmmi, Inc. (“Farmmi” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: FAMI), a supplier of agricultural products in China, today announced that the December 1, 2021, it has received a notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) confirming that the Company has been granted an additional 180 calendar days to comply with its minimum bid price requirement through May 30, 2022. To restore compliance with the NASDAQ minimum bid price requirement, the closing bid price of the Company’s common shares must be at least $ 1.00 per share or more for at least ten consecutive business days per May 30, 2022.
